Ok so self-care…ugh ppl talk about it a lot but honestly its really important and most of us ignore it. I mean I used to ignore it, just work work work and then get stressed out and wonder why I feel so tired all the time. Self-care isn’t just bubble baths or face masks lol, its more about taking care of yourself mentally, physically, and emotionally.
