People always talk about physical health, like eat good, exercise, sleep well, drink water, all that stuff but mental health… honestly people ignore it so much. And its super important maybe even more than physical sometimes. Mental health is your mind, your thoughts, your feelings, your stress, basically how your brain and emotions doing. Without it even if you eat perfect food and exercise life still feels heavy messy hard sometimes.

I think most people dont even realize how much mental health affects everything. If you anxious all the time, stressed, sad or just feeling low, it affects your sleep, appetite, energy, focus, work, relationships everything really. And some people think “oh it’s not a big deal” or “just get over it” but no its not like that mental health is real serious and deserves attention.

Mental health awareness is knowing it’s important and talking about it. Many people suffer in silence cause they think people will judge them or they’ll look weak or strange. That’s problem. Society still has stigma people think if you depressed anxious you lazy dramatic but that’s not true it’s like any sickness invisible but real.
